Mill Creek is a stream in Phelps County in the Ozarks of Missouri.[1] It is a tributary of Little Piney Creek.

The stream headwaters are at 37°44′19″N 91°56′08″W / 37.73861°N 91.93556°W / 37.73861; -91.93556 and the confluence with the Little Piney is at 37°54′40″N 91°56′04″W / 37.91111°N 91.93444°W / 37.91111; -91.93444.[1]

The source area for the stream lies just southeast of the community of Flat at an elevation of about 1110 feet.[2] The stream flows north passing under Missouri Route T to the east of Flat and continues north gaining the flow of several springs along its course adjacent to Missouri Route AA. The stream passes the Mill Creek Recreation Area and passes under Missouri Route P just before its confluence with Little Piney Creek about 1.5 miles west of Newburg.[2][3][4] The elevation of the confluence is 682 feet.[1]

The stream was named for the water mills along its course and the large mill at its confluence with the Little Piney.[5]
