Milton Rogério Harassen do Ó (born 24 February 1979) is a Brazilian footballer who has been playing as a defender for the Portuguese club C.D. Trofense since 2007.

A native of Ponta Grossa, the second-largest city in southern Brazil's state of Paraná, Milton do Ó has already played abroad, having fulfilled minor stints in early 2000s with France's Ligue 1 and Turkey's Turkcell Super League. He returned home to play with a number of Brazilian clubs and, while a member of Rio de Janeiro's Fluminense, signed with the Portuguese club CS Marítimo (2005–07).
