PA Turnpike XX routes[edit]

I changed the phrasing of the PA.Toll route type to "PA Turnpike XX" from "Toll PA XX" because it is clearly implied by the shields and is by far the most used abbreviation by the PTC (example). Most permutations of "Toll PA XX" weren't used by them at all, and while "Toll XX" is used occasionally, it is used far less often than "PA Turnpike XX" or simply "Turnpike XX". And all of PA's tolled state routes use "PA Turnpike XX"; the only exception was PA Toll 60, but that was replaced years ago by I-376 (consistently signed with a yellow TOLL banner, which has its own route type).
