Mokvi (Georgian: მოქვი [mɔkʰvi]) is a village and a commune center in the Ochamchire district of Georgia. Located on the Mokvi river. Its altitude above sea level is around 130 m, the distance to Ochamchire is 17 km. From Russo-Georgian War of 2008 it is occupied by Russian forces.[1]

In Mokvi is located architectural monument Mokvi Cathedral built in 10th century by Abkhazian king Leon III.
