Montesegale is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Pavia in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 60 km south of Milan and about 30 km south of Pavia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 315 and an area of 14.8 km².[3]

Montesegale borders the following municipalities: Borgo Priolo, Fortunago, Godiasco, Ponte Nizza, Rocca Susella, Val di Nizza.
