Myanmar Standard Time (MMT) (Template:Lang-my, [mjəmà sàɴdɔ̀dʑèiɴ]; formerly, Burma Standard Time) is the standard time in Burma (Myanmar), 6:30 hours ahead of UTC (UTC+06:30). MMT is calculated on the basis of 97° 30' longitude.[1] MMT is used all year round as Burma does not observe daylight saving time.[2]
