Princess Htake Hsu Myat Phaya (Burmese: ထိပ်စုမြတ်ဖုရား; born in Madras at 7 March 1886 - 21 July 1962), was a Burmese princess and senior member of the Royal House of Konbaung. She is the third daughter of the last ruling king of Burma, King Thibaw.

She married her first husband, Htake Tin Ko Taw Gyi (died at Rangoon, 22 October 1954 or 11 November 1954), a grandson of Kanaung Mintha, in 1922 and divorced him in 1929. She gave birth to their only daughter, Phaya Rita, also known as Hteik Su Gyi Phaya, she married to her cousin Taw Phaya.

She married her second husband, U Mya U (who died during the Japanese occupation), a lawyer. She died at Maymyo on 21 July 1962.
