Nails is an American hardcore punk band from Oxnard, California,[2] formed in 2009.

History

The band formed in 2009. They have since released three full-length albums and two EPs. As of June 2014, the band is signed to Nuclear Blast. They released their third album, You Will Never Be One of Us, on June 17, 2016.

On July 25th 2016, the band cancelled its European tour with promoters claiming the band were on a hiatus.[3] This also led to cancelling their appearance at Ozzfest Meets Knotfest. Todd Jones later clarified that they were never in a hiatus.[4] In December 2016, the band will be playing at The Power of the Riff festival and will release a split 7" with Full of Hell.[5][6][7]

Popular culture

In the 2016 film Ghostbusters, the band are billed on a poster of a fictional heavy metal show headlined by Ozzy Osbourne.[citation needed]
