National Guard Health Affairs is a medical complex in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It consists of medical cities that are scattered in many regions of Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah, Al-Hasa, Dammam, Medina).

The major and the largest medical city under National Guard Health Affairs is King Abdulaziz Medical City in Riyadh,[1] which was the first medical center in the world to achieve a 100% success rate in separation of conjoined twins.[2]
