Prof Nibaran Chandra Laskar (February 1908 – 8 January 1967[1]) was an Indian politician belonging to the Indian National Congress. He was elected to the Lok Sabha lower house of the Parliament of India from the Cachar constituency Assam in 1952 and 1957. Laskar was also a member of the Constituent Assembly of India.[2][3]
