Nine Dragons Paper (Holdings) Limited (SEHK2689) is a privately owned paper manufacturing company in Mainland China, engaging in the manufacturing of containerboard products which include linerboard, duplex board as well as pulp. Its CEO and largest shareholder is Ms. Zhang Yin.

The company was established in 1995 and is the largest paperboard producer in Asia and one of the largest in the world in terms of production capacity.[1] It has 7 factories in China and Vietnam.

Nine Dragons Paper was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 3 March 2006.

Investigations

Nine Dragons has been investigated by the media in Toronto over poor working conditions in the mills handling paper collected in the recycling program in Toronto.[2] Brokers working for the City of Toronto's Toronto Solid Waste Management have been sending paper collected to Nine Dragon mills in Dongguang.
