Nisar Ahmad (Urdu: نثار احمد کھوڑو) is a Sindhi politician who is the former Speaker of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh.[1] He was the Sindh Senior Minister for Education and Literacy, a post he assumed in May 2013.

Nisar Ahmad Khuhro was born in Larkana, Sindh, Pakistan. He got his primary education from Five Stars Secondary School in Rawalpindi. He matriculated to the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Rawalpindi Board. He then joined Government College Asghar Mall Rawalpindi.
