Nor Astghaberd (Template:Lang-hy; formerly, Payahan (Template:Lang-hy), also Romanized as P’ayahan and Payagan, and Bakavank) is a community and village in the Kajaran Municipality of Syunik Province, Armenia.
The population of the village was 93 as of 2010,[1] down from 179 at the 2001 census.[2] The village of Nor Astghaberd's population was 57 at the 2011 census,[3] up from 53 at the 2001 census.[2]
