Odites pancyclia is a moth in the Depressariidae family. It was described by Edward Meyrick in 1928. It is found on Luzon in the Philippines.[1]

The wingspan is about 18 mm. The forewings are yellow whitish, slightly yellow basally. The hindwings are whitish.[2]
