Ofra Strauss (Hebrew: עפרה שטראוס; born 22 August 1960) is an Israeli businesswoman. She is the Chairwoman of the Management Board of The Strauss Group, Israel's second largest food producer.

Born in Israel, she received a Bachelor of Law degree from Tel Aviv University in 1987. From 1987 to 1989, she was in the International marketing services and training program at Estée Lauder. In 1989, she joined the family-owned company, The Strauss Ice-cream company, becoming Deputy President and CEO in 1996.

In 2005, she was ranked 42 by Fortune Magazine as one of the "Most Powerful Women in Business". In 2006, she became a member of the Supervisory Board of Numico.
