Oghara is a town in Ethiope West Local Government Area of Delta State, Nigeria.

The town which is one the most populous and well known [[Delta State, is home to great personalities such as Chief James Ibori, Eghweree Ogheneruonah Charles, PhD, late Dr Matthew Agbedia among others. The town is an oil and agricultural producing town of delta located in the west region geo-political zone with a population of over 150 thousand (males and females){{cn|date=June 2018}
