Oscar Lewis (born c. 1952) was the fifth head football coach for the Frostburg State University Bobcats in Frostburg, Maryland and he held that position for the final three games of the 1976 season. Lewis was named the head coach after Mike Davis had completed a record of 1 win and 16 losses in the 1975 and first part of the 1976 seasons. Lewis coached the remaining games and then stepped down.[1]

Lewis's coaching record at Frostburg was 0 wins, 3 losses, and 0 ties. As of completion of the 2007 season, this ranks him 11th at Frostburg in terms of total wins and 11th at Frostburg in terms of winning percentage.[2]
