Oscar Manuel Negrete Padilla is a Colombian amateur boxer best known to win a gold medal at light-flyweight at the 2006 Central American and Caribbean Games.

Won 7:12 in the semi to Odilon Zaleta. At the 2007 Pan American Games won again Winston Mendez Montero, at the World Championships 07 he lost early to Pal Bedak. At the second Olympic qualifier he won to Paulo Carvalho and lost againYampier Hernández.
