Ossie Asmundson

Oscar Ingolfur Asmundson (November 17, 1908 in Red Deer, Alberta – November 2, 1964 in Los Angeles) was a professional ice hockey right winger who played 6 seasons in the National Hockey League for the New York Rangers, Detroit Red Wings, St. Louis Eagles, New York Americans and Montreal Canadiens. Asmundson won the Stanley Cup as a member of the Rangers in 1933. During World War II he competed with the United States Coast Guard Cutters hockey Team.
