Parenchelyurus is a genus of combtooth blennies found in the Pacific, and Indian oceans.

There are currently two recognized species in this genus:[1]
- Parenchelyurus hepburni (Snyder, 1908) (Hepburn's blenny)
- Parenchelyurus hyena (Whitley, 1953)
