Peştişani is a commune in Gorj County, Romania. It is composed of seven villages: Boroşteni, Brădiceni, Frânceşti, Gureni, Hobiţa, Peştişani and Seuca.

Hobiţa village is the birthplace of sculptor Constantin Brâncuși.
