Peace committee

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This is an old revision of this page, as edited by Mathglot (talk | contribs) at 06:50, 20 September 2018 (→‎National and local committees: Add Chilean Comité Pro Paz.). The present address (URL) is a permanent link to this revision, which may differ significantly from the current revision.

A peace committee is an association of persons who support peace in a situation of conflict. Many such groups have existed. Some are associations of concerned persons; some are propaganda fronts for national, sectional, or sectarian interests; others are devoted to disputes within organizations. This is a very incomplete list:

International committees

National and local committees

Intra-organizational committees
