Pedras Tinhosas is a small archipelago of two small islets south west of the island of Príncipe in the Atlantic Ocean. Both Tinhosa Grande and Tinhosa Pequena serve as a nesting ground for a wide variety of endangered sea birds.

Since 2012, it forms a part of the UNESCO's Island of Príncipe Biosphere Reserve (also known as Príncipe Biosphere Reserve as it encompass its surrounding islands) and includes about 90% of the entire shallow portion surrounding the islet and south of the nearby island, from sea level down to about 140 meters below.[2]
