Phalonidia silvestris is a species of moth of the Tortricidae family. It is found in China (Gansu, Heilongjiang, Henan, Hunan, Liaoning, Ningxia), Japan, Korea, Mongolia and Russia.[2]

The wingspan is 14−16 mm.[3]
