Pique Verde Boricua

Pique verde boricua is a Puerto Rican green hot sauce.

Preparation

Pique verde is made of green Caballero hot peppers, green Cubanelle peppers, cilantro, culantro, onion, garlic, olive oil, and lime juice.[1]

This sauce may be served with meats, fried fish, tostones, viandas [root vegetables], mofongo, rice and beans.
