A poinsettia cocktail is a mixture of champagne, Cointreau (or Triple Sec), and cranberry juice. It is quite commonly mixed with fruit schnapps, and/or the juice/puree of another fruit. Ex: a raspberry poinsettia would be made with champagne, triple sec, cranberry juice, raspberry schnapps, and berry puree.
