Polje pri Višnji Gori (pronounced [ˈpoːljɛ pɾi ˈʋiːʃnji ˈɡɔːɾi]; German: Feld[2]) is a settlement southeast of Višnja Gora in the historical Lower Carniola region in central Slovenia. It belongs to the Municipality of Ivančna Gorica, which is included in the Central Slovenia Statistical Region.[3]

Name

The name of the settlement was changed from Polje to Polje pri Višnji Gori in 1953.[4] In the past the German name was Feld.[2]
