Pushpa K. Hrahmo

Pushpa Hrahmo Khaimeichho (born 8 May 1960) is an Indian politician from Mizoram. He won the 2023 Mizoram Legislative Assembly Election on BJP ticket from Palak constituency in Saiha district.[1] He defeated K. T. Rokhaw of MNF by a margin of 1,241 votes.[2][3] BJP won for the first time in Palak constituency.[2]

Early life and education

Hrahmo is born in Chakhei in Siaha district to Kihly and T. Pawchhai (mother). He married B. Ngiaso in 1987 and has a son and four daughters. He did his graduation[4] and is the secretary of the Mara Christian Fellowship in Shillong.[5] He has a hobby in fishing.[5]

Career

He was an Executive Member of the Mara Autonomous District Council, Siaha for seven terms. He won the 2023 Assembly election.[2][6]
