The R546 is a Regional Route in South Africa. Its northern terminus is in Kinross, Mpumalanga, from the R29. It is initially co-signed with the R547, which then diverges, the R547 heading south-south-west, and the R546 heading south (then south-south-east). It passes through Evander, then takes on the south-western terminus of the R580. Continuing south, it passes through the village of Charl Cilliers to Standerton. Here, it intersects with the southern termini of the R50 and R39. It intersects with the R23, with which it becomes co-signed, before branching off in the eastern part of the town, heading south. It then crosses into Free State, before reaching the town of Vrede where the route ends at an intersection with the R34.
