The R71 is a provincial route in South Africa that connects Polokwane with Kruger National Park via the major towns of Tzaneen and Phalaborwa.

The R71 is used dailly by people who work or reside in Dalmada, Nobody Mothiba, Mankweng and Boyne. The road is well known to bikers who frequently visit the province from all other parts of the country.
