Stagger is a 2009 film written and directed by Paul T T Easter.

The film stars Paul T T Easter, James Fisher Mark Margason

A low budget British Gangster film noted for it's incredible Car Stunts the film had a feel of a glossy high budget film with its featured cars such as Rolls Royce, Jaguar, Ferrari, and stretch limo cars and Harley Davidson Motor cycles giving the film a high budget Mad max look. Soon after the release of Stagger was Limitless which also featured a powerful new man made drug. Also within even shorter space of time was the British film Weekender (film) which was a very similar film indeed which even shared some character names! So this film maker clearly had a good idea behind this film which has already been emulated twice. There is a follow up movie planned for Stagger Raid 2014.
