Raja Inal Siregar (born in Medan on March 5, 1938; died September 5, 2005) was governor of North Sumatra from 1988 to 1998. He died in the Mandala Airlines Flight 091 crash.[1] He was said to be on his way to talks with Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono at the time.[2]
