Ramesh Bhanja was a prominent Oriya poet. His poetry collection consists small poems related to children's literature and education.[1] For his book Gapa Ganthili he received the prestigious Sahitya Academy Award from Government of Odisha.[2]

Early life and family

Bhanja was born in a small village Haldia at Khordha district. His family consists of his wife, 3 sons and 3 daughters. His notable work for Odia literature was always praised in Odisha.
