Ravindra Mahajani is a veteran Marathi Film actor & director.[1] He is well known for his contribution for Marathi Cinema. From 1978-85, Mahajani was a superstar of the Marathi film industry and one of the most good looking leading actors. . He has many romantic songs picturized on him like ha sagar kinara, sumbaran gao deva, phite andharache jaale, his film Devta is very popular amongst his rural fans where he played the rule of dacait who converts into a common man. He is well known for his roles in Duniya Kari Salam (1979), Mumbai cha Fauzdar (1984), Zoonj (1989), Kalat Nakalat (1990), Aaram haram ahe was a major hit while laxmi chi pavale was a blockbuster hit of his career. After long gap from acting he made comeback with 2015 film kay rao tumhi. He was style icon of Marathi cinema in 80s.[2][3][4] His son Gashmir Mahajani is also popular Marathi actor.
