Red Top is a former community in Webster County, Missouri, United States. It is on former U.S. Highway 66 (now Missouri Supplemental Route OO) two miles northwest of Northview or five miles southwest of Marshfield, and 6 miles northeast of Strafford. Originally home of the Red Top Court tourist camp, Otto's Steak house, the Red Top Cafe and Service Station.

Other businesses included a feed store, a dance hall, and a tavern. Red Top is on the edge of the Ozarks where Route 66 passes over the divide between the Missouri river watershed, and the Arkansas River watershed. Red Top currently has an accumulation of homes, one business (Antique Auto Parts), and a genuine Burlington Northern Railroad caboose.

Red Top is part of the Springfield, Missouri Metropolitan Statistical Area.
