Restaurants Unlimited, Inc. (RUI) is a food and beverage firm founded in 1968 and headquartered in Seattle, Washington, United States.

Currently, there are 22 sub-brands under the RUI parent company, with locations in 47 U.S. cities, spread in 11 states, with Hawaii and Alaska included. [1] Brands include Skates on the Bay, Portland City Grill, Manzana Grill, Palisade, Cutters Crabhouse, Stanford's, Henry's Tavern, Kincaid's, Palomino Restaurant & Bar and Portland Seafood Company.[2] RUI opreates a membership rewards program called "Eat Drink & Earn Club".[3]

The company is owned by Sun Capital Partners, a private equity firm.[4]

In July 2015, Jim Eschweiler was named president and CEO.[5]
