Revolutionary Socialist Party (Left) is a splinter faction of Revolutionary Socialist Party of India in Kerala. The party is an ally of Left Democratic Front. CP Karthikeyan is the leader of the party.

Left unity against imperialism and communalism. Capitalism and its developed form imperialism goes ahead with their policy inflicting fatal storm on both humans and the nature. Communalism and terrorism become a danger and threat even to the basic existence of humanity. It is the duty of our time to fight against these evils. The relevance of the struggle against BJP and Sang Parivar on the one hand and the struggle against UPA allies on the other hand increases day by day. The life of the people become more and more worse under the anti people policies of the UDF regime in Kerala. There is a need to organize strong protest against the attitude of the UDF in this regard. It is definite that only by the unified effort of the Left organization can achieve the strengthening of left parallel and thereby to find a permanent solution for the burning problems of the people. The RSP left manifesto call for all left organizations to come forward to address these issues. Merger with CMP (John)

In 2018, RSP (Left) merged with Communist Marxist Party (John) led by CP John.
