Richard Petruška (born January 25, 1969) is a Slovak retired basketball player. A 6'10" and 260 lbs forward-center. He was born in Levice, Czechoslovakia. He played college basketball at Loyola Marymount and University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in the United States.

Petruška was selected by the Houston Rockets of the National Basketball Association with the 46th overall pick (2nd round) of the 1993 NBA draft. He played in 22 games for the Rockets during the 1993-94 NBA season and scored 53 total points.

Petruška lives in Gran Canaria and is a coach for the CBA (Canarias Basketball Academy).
