In May 2007, a Las Vegas local news affiliate learned that Seigler was under investigation in connection to a [[prostitution]] ring operating in the city. Richard Joseph Seigler is a professional American football linebacker free agent. He was drafted out of Oregon State University in 2004 by the San Francisco 49ers, then waived during the 2005 pre-season. In 2006 he was picked up by the Steelers, playing with them during their Super Bowl XL winning season. He played with the Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League during the 2008 CFL season.
