Rita Ramanauskaitė (born 22 November 1970 in Kaunas) is a female javelin thrower from Lithuania. Her personal best throw is 62.69 metres, achieved in June 2000 in Saint-Denis. This is the Lithuanian record.

She competed at the World Championships in 1995, 1997, 1999, 2001 and 2003 and the Olympic Games in 1996, 2000 and 2004, but only reached the final round in 1997, when she finished twelfth.
