Roberta Bianconi (born 8 July 1989) is an Italian water polo player, currently playing for Greek club Olympiacos. She was part of the Italian team winning the bronze medal at the 2015 World Aquatics Championships, where she played in the centre forward position.[1]

Bianconi was named LEN European Water Polo Player of the Year in 2015, after winning the 2015 LEN Euroleague with Olympiacos and the bronze medal at the 2015 World Championship in Kazan with Italy.[2]
