Rod Johnston is a former member of the Wisconsin State Assembly and Wisconsin State Senate.

Biography

Johnston was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.[1][dead link] He is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and George Washington University Law School.

Career

Johnston was a member of the Assembly from 1975 to 1979 and of the Senate from 1979 to 1985. In 1982, he ran for the United States House of Representatives for Wisconsin's 5th congressional district, losing to Jim Moody. He was a Republican.[2]
