Roscoe Wayne Scott was an American football coach.[1] He was the head football coach at Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin, serving for three seasons, from 1947 to 1949, and compiling a record of 11–12–2.[2][3] Scott also coached track and field at Carthage.[4]
