Ruh Kandi (Persian: روح كندي, also Romanized as Rūḩ Kandī; also known as Orūf Kandī)[1] is a village in Qeshlaq-e Sharqi Rural District, Qeshlaq Dasht District, Bileh Savar County, Ardabil Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 1,470, in 307 families.[2]
