Rushs Ridge is an extinct town in Mississippi County, in the U.S. state of Missouri. The GNIS classifies it as a populated place.[1]

History

A post office called Rush Ridge was established in 1858, and remained in operation until 1861.[2] The community has the name of William Rush, a first settler.[3] Rush Ridge once had a church[4] and schoolhouse.[5] A cemetery marks the site.[6]
