Rustan's Department Store (or simply Rustan's) is a Philippine retail chain.
History
Rustan's beginning dates back to its establishment in 1951 by husband and wife Bienvenido and Gliceria (Rustia) Tantoco. Rustan's Department store began as a set of goods displayed for sale in the couple's living room. Eventually, the Tantocos expanded from a small gift shop into a full-fledged department store. Rustan's was the first in the country's retail industry to introduce a customer loyalty program, Frequent Shoppers Plus.
Also considered as the country’s most prestigious retailer, remains the exclusive address of note of many of the world’s most famous Upscale names and signature Brands from Cartier to Mikimoto, Tiffany to Ermenegildo Zegna, Nina Ricci to Alfred Dunhill, Sonia Rykiel to Estee Lauder, to name a few of the stores-within-a-store concepts that it has pioneered. It has just as easily become the place to find the best products of the Philippines as well.
