Saïd Abed Makasi (born 20 August 1982 in Bukavu) is a Zaire-born, Rwandan football striker currently playing for Espoir FC (Rwanda).

On July 29, 2011 Said Makasi has sealed signed a one-year deal with Primus national elaue side Rayon Sports.[4]
