Sahir Lodhi is an actor, director and host.[1] He made his film debut with Raasta.[2]

Personal life

Sahir Lodhi was born in Karachi to Ali Gohar Lodhi and Roshan Taj Lodhi. He grew up in a family with two brothers and one sister, Shaista Lodhi.[3]

Career

Lodhi made his first TV appearance in directer ka bedroom on Indus TV. He produced Shair Online, Kuch Tum Kahao Kuch Hum Kahain, Ranjhey Sassi Punoon Heer, Dhorajee, The Sahir Show and Morning Masala shows. He has appeared in drama serials, including Bechrain Gay Abb Kaisay, Bikharnay Say Pehlay, Tum Miyray Ho, Khado Khal, Saheli and Adhoray Khaab.

Radio shows

The Sahir Show (Monday-Friday) is a Pakistani radio show airing on Mast FM 103. It focuses predominantly on entertainment, fun and counselling. Lodhi occasionally invites guests and takes calls from all around Pakistan.[citation needed] Each episode features a special topic.

At the 1st Pakistan Media Awards, Lodhi received awards for his TV and radio shows.
