San Juan is a district and village in the canton of Abangares, Guanacaste Province in Costa Rica.[1]

The district has a population of about 1,700 people.[2]

Villages

Administrative center of the district is the village of San Juan Grande.

Other villages are Arizona, Congo, Nancital, Portones, Pozo Azul Rancho Alegre (partly), Rancho Ania (partly), Tierra Colorada and Vainilla.[1]
