Sathi Geetha (born 5 July 1983) is an Indian sprinter who specializes in the 400 metres.

Geetha finished seventh in 4 x 400 metres relay at the 2004 Summer Olympics, together with teammates K. M. Beenamol, Chitra K. Soman and Rajwinder Kaur. Geetha also won a silver medal at the 2005 Asian Championships in a personal best time of 51.75 seconds.
